Product Description: Dhokra or the Bell Metalcraft dates back its origin to the pre-historic time of Indus Valley Civilization. Tribal craftsmen from Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Orissa,  West Bengal and parts of Andhra Pradesh have carried this tradition since then.

Dhokra work has been inspired by the rich folk culture of India. DHOKRA/BELL METAL is an alloy of brass, nickel and zinc that gives an antique effects to the castings. A wide variety of designs and styles of Dhokra Crafts/Arts are excellent decorative pieces.

This dhokra depicts 3 tribal folks walking with farm equipment. The frame used for the work is also hand made by the artisan.
